Having led Creative and Marketing divisions for over twenty years at companies like Atlantic Records, Estee Lauder and Armani Exchange, Danielle has diverse leadership experience and insight that allows her to see daily challenges. She understands that the breakdown of bad communication between employees, management and outside partners prevents companies from growing. As Sr. Business Development Director at Stylus, an online trend forecasting company, Danielle created an entirely new niche for the company ultimately creating a 90-95% renewal rate. Her collaborative, strategic and solution-driven approach results in success every time.

Danielle works 1-on-1 with her clients (via phone, Skype or in-person,) and also facilitates workshops.

This consultancy is Danielle’s second business. Prior to this she owned and operated a fashion jewelry line sold in upscale boutiques across the US & abroad.
